partner has always changed her allegations, and confirmed she was always safe with me. I informed police I did not regard her psychical and coercive control of me, and her damage of my property as violence but as a result of long time alcoholic illnesses. Her history of domestic violence bewteen herself and other partners and family members goes back over 10 years. poilice took the initiative to protect me against my wishes obtaing a 5 year DVO ahainst my partner. I was able to have this reduced to 1 year and that has passed. Police have previously informed me they will not interview her while under the 

influence of alcohol. However a police officer recently claimed my partner made allegations of me forcing her to do things. I 

responded that my partner is well known to police in relation to chaging her allegations, and I warned of the seriuosness of separating her from me as I provide health and safety care for her up to 24 hours day, 7 days a week, over the last 14 months, not being able to work as a residential care officer with the Qld Government, reducing her serious falls breaking numerous bones. My partner is well known to mu employer as a person waiting outsie my client's homes, for me to finish my 12 hour shift, due to her severe anxiety and depression. As I predicted my parntner changed her allegations the next day, but police are still treating her allegations made at time of being in hospital near death from liver abuse, for about 3 months and with a warning letter from her doctor that he requested the hospital to not seperate her from me, as I have previously cared for her for 17 days in hospital 24/7 discouraging her from her regular ritual, and doctor naming her as being under delirium and confusion, and recently being confirmed under permanent dementia, and a public trustee and guardian appointed, with her sonn listed as joint guardian. The supreme court know this, and await them to handle matters. However the police accepted her statements as fact, claiming she had never been in a de facto relationship with me, or in a sexual relationship, and mt partner has claimed police have been requesting to to sign documents, whih I know she would not have the necessary undrestand and capacity to deal with. The police officer was aware of my partner's long history of confusion and delusions, yet issued a police protection noice against me, and ignored my claims of family committing DV against her and breaking and entering and stealing herand my property and car making us homeless. My partner confirmed with magistrate we have been in a de facto relationship for 4 years and plan to marry. Now she is under serious risk of suicide or serious accident, being away from me.
